Shipping policy

1. General Information  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, orders are shipped from our facility.  We currently ship within the European Union and to selected international destinations.  

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times  
All orders are shipped with reliable courier partners.  

Estimated delivery times:  
– Austria & Germany: 2–4 business days  
– EU countries: 3–7 business days  
– Other countries: up to 14 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.  

3. Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.  Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a minimum order value, as indicated on our website.  

4. Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your parcel in real time.  

5. Delays and Lost Packages  
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors.  If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@welabbiotech.com.  If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.  

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)  
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer and depend on local regulations.  

7. Address Accuracy  
Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.  We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
