Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
If multiple goods ordered as part of one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through our electronic withdrawal function:
If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email. The acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. Please send the goods to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Sealed Goods and Hygiene Protection
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been opened, broken or removed after delivery.
For our cosmetic products, this exception applies only where the applicable statutory conditions are met and the hygiene seal protecting the product has been opened, broken or removed after delivery.
Merely opening the external shipping packaging does not affect your right of withdrawal.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@welabbiotech.com if an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
A delay in contacting us does not restrict your statutory warranty rights. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the right of withdrawal and the provisions above.
