Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return in accordance with the terms below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WELAB BIOTECH GmbH, info@welabbiotech.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

4. Return Conditions
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective.

You must send back the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
